Appointment etiquette

With seventy one appointments being made by our customers in the last seven days alone, it’s safe to say that at Samantha K’s Bridal and Occasionwear and Exclusively Bridesmaids our weeks are planned ahead and our diaries are fit to bursting.

 

Weekends, in store are the most popular with us, as we see a higher volume of walk in appointments with customers having more free time to browse and buy on a Saturday, without the constraints of the working week to consider.

 

At Samantha K’s and Exclusively Bridesmaids we have dedicated areas in store for our customers to peruse among with secluded changing and dressing rooms to ensure privacy and relaxation is maintained in all consultations.

Our system works whereby, a pre-booked appointment guarantees you and your bridal party exclusive access to areas of the store i.e. the bridal floor for up to an hour and a half without interruption or intrusion. We also ask for details when appointments are secured such as the wedding date, and colour scheme, so that our consultants can tailor the appointment more towards your preferences and the time of year (for example).

When making an appointment with Samantha K’s Bridal and Occasionwear and/or Exclusively Bridesmaids yourself and your bridal party are also allocated a member of our team who specialise in your appointment type. Your appointment guarantees that our sales consultants devote their time to you as you are their priority over any other customer.

If you wish to make an appointment well in advance of time, we ask that you have every intention of attending as the time comes nearer. If not, we ask that you please keep us aware of any changes or cancellations of appointments made in a timely manner.

At Samantha K’s and Exclusively Bridesmaids, we understand that you may have dedicated a specific day to find that perfect dress and/or accessories with many store visits in mind throughout the day.

We are also fully aware that you may have completed your shopping experience before visiting us as may have been agreed prior. If it does arise that you no longer wish to visit us or complete your appointment we request that you let us know as soon as possible.

As we are so busy, we are happier to help serve a customer who requires our time and a consultation with us, than someone who may be visiting us out of a feeling of obligation. There are many customers who are waiting to visit Samantha K’s and Exclusively Bridesmaids on cancellation lists as appointments have all been taken. By cancelling an appointment that is no longer useful you may be allowing someone else to find the items you may have already fallen in love with elsewhere.

 

At Samantha K’s Bridal and Exclusively Bridesmaids we value a strong rapport with all customers and value honesty and communication. If circumstances change and your appointment is no longer required don’t be afraid to let us know. We like to make sure our customers are relaxed and comfortable both in store and with any queries they may have. There is no pressure for you to attend unwanted consultations but we do value your openness and sincerity while any available notice is given to us when changing any plan, to accommodate staff and customers who may be eager to visit us.
